Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Inlay Home Services (“Inlay,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, installing the widget, or otherwise using the service, you agree to them. If you use Inlay on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Inlay provides tools that help home-improvement contractors turn website visitors into leads:

• A financing estimator widget you embed on your website
• Lead capture — name, email, project size, financing type, and self-reported credit tier
• Automated email follow-up sent under your business name
• A lead dashboard with status and filtering
• Routing of estimates to third-party financing partners

The widget shows estimated payment ranges calculated from figures a homeowner enters. These figures are illustrations only. They are not quotes, offers of credit, loan approvals, or commitments to lend — by us, by you, or by any financing partner. Actual rates and terms are determined solely by the lender after a formal application.

You agree not to present widget figures to homeowners as guaranteed rates or approvals.

You are responsible for your account and for how Inlay is used on your website. In particular, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and keep it current
• Install the widget only on websites you own or are authorized to modify
• Use follow-up messaging in compliance with applicable email and marketing laws, including CAN-SPAM
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use
• Use the service only for lawful purposes related to your home-improvement business

Follow-up emails are sent on your behalf and under your business name, so they must comply with the laws that govern commercial messaging — including CAN-SPAM in the United States. Inlay handles the mechanics for you: every message identifies your business and includes a working unsubscribe link, and opt-outs are honored immediately and automatically.

You remain responsible for any message content you customize and for contacting only homeowners who submitted their details through your widget. When SMS follow-up ships, texting will additionally require the homeowner's express consent and will respect quiet hours and state-specific texting rules.

Inlay costs a flat $19 per month. There are no per-lead fees and no usage tiers. Your trial starts without a credit card; billing begins only when you add a payment method and activate a subscription.

Your price is locked for as long as your account remains active, even if the list price rises for new customers. Fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You can cancel anytime from your billing page. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Your widget deactivates at the end of the current billing period, and your lead data remains exportable for 90 days after that, after which it may be deleted.

Leads captured through the widget on your website belong to you. We process them to provide the service — delivering estimates, sending follow-up on your behalf, and routing to financing partners — as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your leads or share them with other contractors.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the service without our written permission
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or interfere with the operation of the service
• Use captured lead data in ways the homeowner would not reasonably expect
• Misrepresent your identity, your business, or your relationship with lenders

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the widget will produce leads, that leads will convert, or that any financing partner will approve a homeowner. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inlay's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Inlay after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
